Busselton Water is proud to say that our city’s water is among the best in Western Australia.
It’s drawn from the pristine, protected Yarragadee and Leederville aquifers as deep as 780 metres below ground.
Every year, we supply around 4.5 billion litres of water to more than 11,000 homes and businesses.
We maintain a rigorous monitoring and testing program to ensure our water is safe at all times.
Every year, we take hundreds of samples from our treatment plants and pipelines. The samples are tested by accredited laboratories.
We work closely with the Department of Health to deliver the safe water to meet the requirements of the National Medical Research and Health Council’s Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG).
Our commitment is to delivering safe, high quality water for Busselton. Water for life.
