The Customer Charter is available, at no cost, from the Administration Centre at the corner of Cammilleri Street & Fairbairn Road, Busselton.
COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS
Busselton Water encourages it's customers to contact the Customer Service personnel at either the Administration Centre for any matter concerning water supply which customers feel is not satisfactory or can be improved. The phone numbers are listed below.

Residential - Annual Standard Supply Charge and Annual Meter Rental charges – are proprtioned on an arrears basis and billed each October, February and June along with water consumption for the same period.
Non Residential – Annual Standard Supply, Rates and Annual Meter Rental charges - are proportion on an arrears basis and billed each October, February and June along with water consumption for the same period.
