Busselton Water's annual customer satisfaction survey has once again shown that the utility is meeting resident expectations. 90% of respondents to the survey indicated that they were very satisifed with the tap service provided by Busselton Water.

Busselton Water’s Radio Frequency (RF) Meter Reading Retrofit Project is in full swing with around 1,500 new meters installed. Of the meters installed 13.6% of properties have recorded continuous water loss.
