Paying your water bill

Your regular water accounts is issued three times a year – in October, February and June. Your bill will arrive in your letterbox or you can request an electronic invoice to be emailed to you.

Please note: As of 1 June 2020, customers can no longer pay their regular water account* over-the-counter at Busselton Water’s Administration Centre.  Customers who prefer to pay their water accounts over-the-counter, can do so at any Australia Post office with Post Billpay services.

*This is the standard customer water supply tax invoice (incorporating water consumption charges and water service charges) that is received three times per year. Note that monthly bulk water accounts must still be paid at Busselton Water Administration Centre.

AUSTRALIA POST

Pay over the counter at any Australia Post office with Post Billpay services. Please consider current impacts of social distancing on your local Australia Post branch and check opening hours and available services prior to visiting.

DIRECT DEBIT

To establish automatic payments of accounts from your nominated bank or financial institution complete the direct debit request form.

CENTREPAY

To arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment call us on (08) 9781 0500 to request a Centrepay deduction.

From 1 June 2020, only payments for the following services can be made at Busselton Water’s Administration Centre:

  • Headworks development charges
  • Water connections (both short and long)
  • Sub meter supply and install
  • Meter relocation (raise or lower)
  • Meter disconnection
  • Bulk water sales
  • Water meter tests
  • Under road drilling
  • Sub/unit meter hand over
  • Additional meter readings
  • Land/room hire
  • Hydrant/standpipe key hire
  • Sundry debtor like backflow tests, private works etc.
  • Water meter sales
  • Donations
  • Supervision and design fees
  • Hydrant and standpipe key bond
  • Water mains contribution
