Help us improve, we’re listening!

We’re asking all of our customers to provide their feedback on our local water service. By completing the Customer Survey 2025 before Wednesday 14 May you’ll go into the draw to win one of three major prizes of a $650 credit on your Busselton Water account – that’s equivalent to the average annual water charge (including service charge plus water usage). The first 100 customers to complete the survey will receive a $20 credit on their Busselton Water account.
