Busselton Water introduces new payment option for customers

From tomorrow (Thursday, 1 February 2018) Busselton Water customers will be able to pay their water account over the counter at Australia Post offices.

Busselton Water CEO Chris Elliott said the new payment method had been introduced to offer greater choice to customers, as part of the corporation’s ongoing commitment to providing customer-focused services.

“We’ve always offered a wide range of payment methods for our customers to ensure it is as easy, efficient and accessible as possible to pay water accounts – and this new arrangement with Australia Post is no exception,” Mr Elliott said,

“We also recognise that access to the Australia Post network for account payments is particularly important given our regional location, where many of our customers own holiday homes or other property in Busselton but prefer to pay their accounts in Perth or closer to where they permanently live”, he said.

Busselton Water accounts are issued three times a year – in October, February and June.
