Have your say on our water future and win

Busselton Water is calling all customers to have their say on the local water service through the 2019 Customer Survey – now open for comment.

The 10-minute survey asks questions about customers’ experience with the local water provider.

Those who complete the survey before 10 June 2019 will go in the draw to win one of 10 prizes* valued at more than $1,500 including a bike shop voucher, GoPro Hero, Fitbit Inspire HR, Google Home, family movie vouchers, shopping vouchers, a waterwise garden pack, and savings on their next water bill.

Busselton Water Managing Director Chris Elliott said the survey is part of the water provider’s commitment to continually improve customer service and understanding what customer’s value.

“We’re eager to hear from our customers on what we’re doing well, where we could do better and ultimately how we can improve our services,” Mr Elliott said.

“In the previous survey, customers told us they wanted more contact by SMS which we’ve recently introduced.

“This simple but comprehensive survey provides us with feedback across a range of areas including water supply services, account payments, communication with our customers and service interruptions which helps us to improve our services,” he added.

The survey is open until Monday 10 June 2019.

Complete the survey online at busseltonwater.wa.gov.au, or via Facebook @BusseltonWater – or in hard copy at Busselton Water’s Administration Centre (1 Fairbairn Road Busselton) during office hours.
